- Gala Dinner: The Gala Dinner is an exclusive event and is not included in the standard conference fee. It can be added for an additional cost.
- Accommodation and Travel: Hotel, travel, and transportation to the conference venue are not included in the conference fee and should be arranged separately.
- Wire Transfer Fees: Participants are responsible for any fees charged by their bank for the wire transfer. We cover fees incurred on our end, but your bank may have separate charges.
- Non-Refundable Policy: The conference fee is non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your plans carefully before proceeding with the payment.
